Emergency Shelter

Community of Hope

Located at Station Pointe (504 Belvedere Way, Edmonton), Community of Hope is a temporary shelter residence that can provide safety and support to up to 96 women at a time on a first come first served basis. Staff provide awake around the clock support and management of the site for residents providing assistance and support to make plans to address their immediate crisis needs and housing plans. Staff and residents participate in the day-to-day living tasks involved in communal living. We accept referrals from partners as well as self-referrals in-person.

The goal of our Community of Hope is to end the homelessness of women in Edmonton by providing individualized supports and advocacy that focuses on the dignity and empowerment of everyone. This service is based on a recovery-oriented model of care.
